This Cleaning Quote Tool has been over 2 years in the making. The research done in order to calculate an accurate quote has been immense. The assumptions and production rates used in this software are mostly derived from the ISSA (the worldwide cleaning industry association), JanitorUSA, and Countrywide Maintenance Systems Inc., all leaders in the cleaning industry!
The first step is to download our Easy Cleaning Quote Worksheet and fill it out when you visit your prospective client in order to gather accurate quote information. Then simply click on the Easy Cleaning Quote Tool, and enter your information directly on the Easy Ceaning Quote Entry Sheet. And voila! You can calculate your cleaning quote by clicking on the "Calculate recommendations" button at the bottom of the page.
If you wish, you can modify the recommendations, and click on "Calculate quote", or simply take the quote as is. The Easy Cleaning Quote Tool will give you an accurate cleaning time estimate, and put a recommended dollar value to it.
